We know the amount of effort photographers put to take good pictures and if the end result is not up to scratch or has a few things amiss, their hard work will not be worth it. That’s why every single one of your images are checked before they are printed.
File types accepted
For optimum print quality provide the highest resolution images you can. Our online order form accepts jpeg files only. If you wish to send TIFF files it is usually preferable to send them by Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or email to: hello@maxfamilyphoto.com.
Production Time
Usually your prints will be dispatched the next business day with Australia Post Trackable service. But it may take up to 2 working days depending on the workload. If your order is urgent please get in touch.

To place an order fill in the Print Order form below. You are not charged when you submit your order form. We will analyse your files resolution first, if we see a problem we’ll contact you before printing. If no adjustment is required we will email you an invoice with payment options.
