We are all about capturing the family dynamics and the love. Our style is natural and candid, at every photo session we capture the essence of the family we are working with. Our highly experienced and skilled photographers are patient, kind and passionate - they engage children through fun and intelligent play.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF ILLNESS OR IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
We understand that it’s hard to capture beautiful smiles if the children are not enjoying the process,
therefore sessions may be rescheduled due to illness. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. There is no reschedule fee if you let us know at least 7 days before the session. If you are rescheduling your photo session, we are not able to fill your spot with another family. As a majority of our sessions are booked in advance, it means that someone else was not able to book in your spot. As such, we need to charge a reschedule fee as this affects our business and as well as others families ability to attend their preferred date. If you need to reschedule less than 7 days before your session, a $49 rescheduling fee applies. There is a $49 charge reschedule fee if you reschedule with less than 7 days notice.
WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER?
We always make sure to check the forecast a couple of days before the shoot and in case of heavy rain on the morning of our shoot, we can reschedule for another date. You will receive a full refund if you are not able to reschedule on another date. Please read through our Terms and Conditions, Refund and Cancellation Policy here.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN COME TO A SESSION?

Our regular 30 minute session fee covers you for a maximum of 6 people. For sessions over 6 people an additional fee of $49 is required which allows for additional shooting and editing time. Groups over 6 people have a 45 minutes session.

WHAT TO WEAR
​
We generally recommend you wear comfortable shoes and clothes in neutral or pastel colours to get the best out of your photography session. It’s also best to avoid wearing bright colours and large prints as these tend to steal the attention away from the happy smiles. We provide more tips and examples once the session is booked.

SELECTING PHOTOS AND PACKAGES
​
Photos are viewed online and each session is password protected by a unique code. $235 package includes 15 high resolution images. What if you like more than 15? Every additional photo is $20 or $89 for all your photos in colour and black and white. Complimentary additional retouching with this package.
​
FINAL PRODUCTS
The final digital images are fully edited and provided as high resolution JPG files.
Please allow 1 week for the editing and up to 2 weeks in the busy season.
