It is very exciting to be a part of each family's life for a short period of time and be able to capture the story of your family. We love to see the children grow over time as we have many families that book a session with us each year. Watching children grow to be teens and eventually become young adults is a visual treat. Each session becomes a story of its own, and it is a gift to be able to capture these moments in time.
We have photographed many families from different parts of the world and different backgrounds. We also travel to any destination if booked in advance.
Here are a few tips for a stress-free big family photoshoot.
• There are so many beautiful spots around Sydney. We can definitely suggest some great locations. If there is a spot that is special for your family let us know and we will be happy to arrange a photo session there. If you have small kids who can’t sit still the location should be safe so they can run around and play.
• Of course we will take some classical portraits with everyone looking at the camera, but the real love and connection between your family shines through when you are free to be yourself and interact. So we will probably get lots of candid and lifestyle shots.
• And finally, make this day even more memorable! Plan something special with your family after the photoshoot. Have lunch at your favourite restaurant or a picnic in a park to spend some more time together! Sometimes it is so hard to get everyone together, isn’t it?
